Ik ben echt iemand die alleen iets doet als ik er zin in heb, en dat was precies mijn probleem. Wat hier zo goed werkt is dat je leert om kleine, vaste gewoontes op te bouwen die niet afhankelijk zijn van motivatie. De aanpak om je doel op te knippen in stappen die je sowieso uitvoert, ongeacht je bui, was een eyeopener. Na een paar weken merkte ik dat ik gewoon doorging, ook op de slechte dagen. Een aanrader voor iedereen die steeds opnieuw begint en weer afhaakt.
