Tinha receio de mexer com agentes de voz, mas o passo a passo de montar um assistente que atende chamadas e gerencia agendamentos me deixou bem mais confiante. A parte de tratar pedidos recebidos e encaminhar reservas ficou clara e jรก testei num cenรกrio de salรฃo. Senti falta de mais exemplos sobre como lidar com sotaques e ruรญdo de fundo, que no mundo real atrapalham bastante. Ainda assim, montei meu primeiro fluxo funcionando em poucos dias. Para quem tem negรณcio que precisa de atendimento fora do horรกrio comercial, vale muito. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
