I work in a public agency and most of my day goes into drafting reports nobody enjoys reading. This course taught me to use ChatGPT to structure them logically and keep the language plain without sounding robotic. The module on policy briefs was the standout for me because it showed how to summarize dense material for decision-makers. I appreciated that privacy and safety were treated seriously rather than as an afterthought. I'd have liked a deeper dive into handling sensitive citizen data, but overall it has made my paperwork far less painful. Definitely recommend it to other civil servants.
