Là bố mẹ lần đầu, vợ chồng mình gần như kiệt sức vì bé thức suốt đêm. Khóa học hướng dẫn cách tạo thói quen ngủ an toàn và nhất quán theo từng mốc tháng tuổi, rất dễ áp dụng. Mình thích nhất phần về phương pháp định hình nhẹ nhàng, không để bé khóc bỏ mặc. Sau khoảng hai tuần bé đã tự ngủ lại được giữa đêm. Phần về bé trên sáu tháng giá mà chi tiết hơn chút nữa thì hoàn hảo, nhưng nhìn chung mình rất hài lòng và khuyên các bố mẹ mới nên xem.
