En mi puesto me toca recomendar qué herramientas adoptamos y siempre iba un poco a ciegas, así que este curso me dio por fin un método. Aprendí a evaluar y comparar opciones de automatización con IA según el flujo de trabajo concreto, no según la moda del momento. La matriz para puntuar integración, coste y curva de aprendizaje me la llevé directa al trabajo y ya la he usado en dos reuniones. Eché un poco en falta más ejemplos de sectores muy específicos como el industrial. Aun así, la base para decidir es sólida y lo recomiendo a cualquiera que lidere un proyecto de transformación digital.

Choosing between the dozens of AI automation tools out there always left me paralyzed, so a course built around how to evaluate and compare them was exactly what I needed. The framework for matching a tool to a specific business task, weighing cost, integrations and learning curve, gave me a repeatable way to decide instead of guessing. I especially liked the comparison templates I can reuse when leading our digital transformation talks. My one wish is that a couple of the tool categories felt slightly dated given how fast this space moves. Still, the decision process itself is timeless and I'd recommend it to any manager.

Het vergelijken en kiezen van de juiste AI-automatiseringstool was voor mij altijd giswerk, maar dit gaf me eindelijk een helder afwegingskader. De manier waarop je een tool koppelt aan een concrete bedrijfstaak en let op integraties en kosten, pas ik nu echt toe op het werk. Een wat dieper hoofdstuk over implementatie binnen grotere teams had ik fijn gevonden, maar verder een aanrader.
