Mình vốn ghét vận động và đã bỏ cuộc rất nhiều lần, nhưng khóa này thật sự khác. Các bài tập nhẹ nhàng, ít tác động nên không bị đau hay nản ngay từ đầu. Nhờ vậy mà lần đầu tiên mình duy trì được thói quen tập đều đặn hơn một tháng. Mình chỉ ước phần hướng dẫn cho người tiến bộ hơn được mở rộng thêm chút nữa. Dù vậy, với người mới như mình thì đây là khởi đầu hoàn hảo, rất đáng để thử.
