ผมทำงานหน้าจอทั้งวันและมักจะเครียดสะสมจนปวดหัวตอนบ่าย คอร์สนี้สอนเทคนิคหายใจสั้นๆ ที่ทำได้ตรงโต๊ะทำงานโดยไม่ต้องลุกไปไหน พอลองนับลมหายใจช่วงพักสิบนาที รู้สึกใจสงบลงจริงและกลับมาโฟกัสงานได้ไวขึ้น มีบางบทที่อยากให้ลงลึกเรื่องการรับมือตอนประชุมเครียดๆ มากกว่านี้ แต่โดยรวมเอาไปใช้ได้ทุกวันและช่วยได้เยอะ แนะนำเลยครับ
