Akala ko mahirap gumawa ng bagels sa bahay pero malinaw na ipinaliwanag dito yung pag-mix at pag-shape ng dough. Yung parte tungkol sa fermentation talagang nakatulong para maintindihan ko bakit dapat hintayin maumbok. Una kong subok na crusty loaf, malutong yung balat at malambot sa loob, sobrang saya ko. Sana lang medyo mas pinalalim pa nila yung sourdough side, pero okay lang kasi sapat na para makapag-bake ng tiwala. Talagang inirerekomenda ko ito sa mga gustong magsimula.
