J'ai enfin compris ce qu'est réellement un déficit calorique, et surtout pourquoi mes régimes précédents échouaient à chaque fois. Le module sur la balance énergétique est très clair, sans jargon inutile, et la partie sur le calcul de ses besoins de base m'a vraiment débloquée. Ce que j'apprécie, c'est l'accent mis sur les habitudes durables plutôt que sur la privation, du coup je n'ai jamais ressenti cette sensation de faim permanente. J'aurais aimé un peu plus d'exemples de repas concrets adaptés à la cuisine française, mais dans l'ensemble c'est une approche saine et réaliste que je recommande.
