Od dawna szukałem rzetelnego materiału o diecie przeciwzapalnej, bo internet jest pełen sprzecznych porad, a tutaj wszystko jest poukładane i oparte na nauce. Kurs jasno tłumaczy, które produkty nasilają stan zapalny, a które go łagodzą, i jak krok po kroku zmieniać codzienne nawyki. Najbardziej skorzystałem z części o tłuszczach omega-3 i o ograniczaniu przetworzonej żywności. Po kilku tygodniach mniej dokuczają mi bóle stawów i mam więcej energii. Przydałoby się więcej gotowych jadłospisów na tydzień, ale i tak uważam to za bardzo wartościowy wstęp i chętnie polecam.
