আগে একশো মিটার দৌড়ালেই হাঁপিয়ে যেতাম, কিন্তু এই কোর্সের ধাপে ধাপে এগোনোর পরিকল্পনা অনুসরণ করে এখন আমি প্রায় পুরো ৫ কিলোমিটার দৌড়াতে পারি। শ্বাস নেওয়ার সঠিক কৌশল শেখার পর দৌড়ানো অনেক সহজ মনে হয়। শুরুর দিকের সপ্তাহগুলোর গাইডলাইন একদম নতুনদের জন্য আদর্শ। তবে হাঁটু ব্যথা নিয়ে আরও কিছু পরামর্শ থাকলে ভালো হতো, সব মিলিয়ে দারুণ একটি কোর্স।
