Mit drei kleinen Kindern habe ich kaum Zeit für Sport, deshalb sind die zwanzig Minuten HIIT perfekt für mich. Die Übungen brauchen keinerlei Geräte und ich kann sie morgens schnell im Wohnzimmer machen. Schon nach ein paar Wochen merke ich, dass meine Ausdauer besser wird und die Hose lockerer sitzt. Die Intervalle sind anstrengend, aber genau deshalb so effektiv. Etwas mehr Erklärung zur richtigen Atmung hätte ich mir noch gewünscht, sonst top.
