দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিকে পিঠের ব্যথা কমাতে এই কোমল পিলেটস ভঙ্গিগুলো দারুণ কাজে দিয়েছে, তবে প্রথম ত্রৈমাসিকের অংশটা আরেকটু বিস্তারিত হলে ভালো হতো।
