অফিসের চাপে প্রতিদিন হাঁপিয়ে উঠতাম আর মনোযোগ ধরে রাখতে পারতাম না। এই কোর্সের সংক্ষিপ্ত মাইন্ডফুলনেস কৌশলগুলো কাজের ফাঁকে করতে পারি বলে চাপ অনেকটা কমেছে। সবচেয়ে উপকারী লেগেছে প্রতিক্রিয়া দেওয়ার আগে থেমে শ্বাস নেওয়ার অভ্যাসটা। এখন কঠিন পরিস্থিতিতেও অনেক শান্ত থাকতে পারি। আবেগীয় স্থিতিস্থাপকতা নিয়ে আরেকটু গভীরে গেলে আরও ভালো হতো। তবু কর্মব্যস্ত যে কাউকে এটি সুপারিশ করব।
