जिम तो जाता था पर प्रोटीन का हिसाब कभी समझ नहीं आता था। इस कोर्स से अपने वज़न के हिसाब से रोज़ कितना प्रोटीन चाहिए वो आसानी से निकालना सीख गया और हफ़्ते भर की डाइट भी खुद बना लेता हूँ। रिकवरी पहले से काफ़ी बेहतर हो गई है।
