Matagal akong kumakain tuwing stressed at parati akong nagsisisi pagkatapos, kaya ginawa ko ang kursong ito para maputol ang cycle. Malaking tulong yung pag-unawa sa mga emotional triggers ko sa halip na basta lang pigilan ang sarili. Yung mga mindful eating exercises talaga ang nagbago ng tingin ko sa pagkain.
