Tôi luôn muốn thử Pilates nhưng ngại đến studio, nên khóa học tập tại nhà này thật hoàn hảo với tôi. Các bài tập nền tảng được hướng dẫn rất kỹ về tư thế nên tôi tập đúng ngay từ đầu mà không sợ sai. Chỉ với một tấm thảm, tôi đã cảm nhận được phần lõi cơ thể khỏe hơn rõ rệt sau vài tuần. Độ dẻo dai của lưng và hông cũng cải thiện nhiều. Tôi tập theo lịch mỗi sáng và thấy tinh thần nhẹ nhõm hơn hẳn. Rất phù hợp cho người mới bắt đầu như tôi.

Sebagai pemula yang tak pernah ke studio, kelas Pilates atas tilam ini sangat mesra pengguna dan teknik asasnya diterangkan dengan jelas. Otot teras saya terasa lebih kuat selepas beberapa minggu berlatih di rumah. Cuma berharap ada lebih banyak variasi pergerakan untuk peringkat seterusnya, tetapi secara keseluruhan saya amat puas hati.
