เมื่อก่อนมื้อเช้าของฉันน่าเบื่อมากจนแทบไม่อยากกิน แต่พอได้ลองทำตามสูตรข้าวโอ๊ตในนี้ก็เปลี่ยนไปเลย เมนูหลากหลายพอสำหรับทั้งเดือนและทำเสร็จเร็วทันก่อนออกไปทำงาน ที่ชอบคือคาร์โบไฮเดรตต่ำแต่ยังอิ่มท้องนานจนไม่หิวจุกจิกตอนสาย มีบางสูตรที่ใส่ผลไม้แล้วอร่อยถูกใจมาก อยากให้มีสูตรแบบไม่ใส่น้ำตาลเพิ่มอีกสักหน่อย แต่โดยรวมคุ้มค่าและแนะนำเลยค่ะ

Раньше я думала, что овсянка это скучно и однообразно, но тут собрано столько вариантов, что хватает на весь месяц без повторений. Особенно понравилось, что рецепты низкоуглеводные, но при этом сытные, и утром я больше не тянусь к печенью к одиннадцати часам. Готовятся быстро, что для меня перед работой критично. Несколько рецептов с ягодами стали моими любимыми. Единственное, хотелось бы больше вариантов без бананов, но в целом я очень довольна и рекомендую.
