Là người mới hoàn toàn và không có điều kiện đến phòng gym, mình từng nghĩ tập tăng cơ tại nhà là chuyện viển vông. Khóa học chia kế hoạch theo từng tuần rất rõ ràng, từ chống đẩy cơ bản đến các bài squat và lunge nâng dần độ khó.
