Buong araw akong nakaupo sa harap ng computer kaya laking pasasalamat ko sa mga simpleng routine dito. Yung neck rolls at chest opener talagang nakatulong sa tense kong balikat tuwing hapon. Madaling sundan kahit walang equipment, at ginagawa ko na bago mag-lunch. Sana lang may konting video pa para mas sigurado ako sa porma, pero overall sulit at gumaan na talaga ang likod ko.

Llevo aรฑos pegada a la silla de oficina y este curso cambiรณ por completo cรณmo termino la jornada.
