Раньше делала Сурья Намаскар как попало, по картинкам из интернета. Здесь все двенадцать поз разобрали по порядку, с правильным выравниванием и дыханием, и стало понятно, где я ошибалась. Особенно полезно было про синхронизацию вдоха и выдоха с движением. Теперь это моя утренняя привычка, тело просыпается мягко. Единственное, хотелось бы чуть больше про прогресс для более продвинутых, но для старта идеально. Очень довольна и советую новичкам.

Sebagai pemula yang belum pernah yoga, urutan dua belas pose Surya Namaskar dijelaskan satu per satu dengan sabar, jadi saya tidak bingung. Bagian sinkronisasi napas dengan gerakan paling membantu, sekarang saya bisa melakukannya tanpa tersengal. Saya melakukannya tiap pagi dan badan terasa lebih lentur. Llevaba meses queriendo aprender el Saludo al Sol de forma correcta y aquí por fin entendí cada una de las doce posturas. Lo mejor fue la parte de la respiración, porque siempre la hacía sin coordinar y me agotaba. Ahora encadeno la secuencia con calma y la alineación me sale natural. La he convertido en mi ritual de la mañana y empiezo el día con muchísima más energía. Las explicaciones son claras y muy fáciles de seguir en casa. La recomiendo de corazón a cualquier principiante.
