Attraversavo un periodo molto pesante e non riuscivo a dare un nome a quello che provavo. L'esercizio in cui annoti la situazione, l'emozione e poi cosa ne รจ scaturito รจ diventato il mio piccolo rito serale. Pian piano ho notato che lo stress accumulato si scaricava sul foglio invece che addosso a chi mi sta intorno. Mi sento piรน resiliente e piรน in pace con me stessa. Lo consiglio a chiunque fatichi a gestire i momenti difficili.
