Jรก tinha tentado montar um chatbot de suporte antes, mas sempre travava quando o cliente fazia uma pergunta fora do script. Aqui aprendi a usar RAG para fundamentar as respostas na base de conhecimento real, o que reduziu muito as alucinaรงรตes. A parte que mais me ajudou foi a do encaminhamento para um atendente humano sem perder o contexto da conversa. Os exemplos eram realistas e fรกceis de adaptar ao meu caso. Senti falta de algo mais sobre mรฉtricas de satisfaรงรฃo, mas no geral valeu muito a pena.

Construire un bot de support qui s'appuie sur la rรฉcupรฉration augmentรฉe pour rรฉpondre, puis passe le relais ร  un humain quand รงa coince, c'est exactement ce qu'il me fallait. La logique d'escalade vers un agent humain รฉtait particuliรจrement bien expliquรฉe. J'aurais aimรฉ davantage sur la gestion de l'historique de conversation, mais dans l'ensemble je le recommande.
